You reckon? I'm not sure, it's very likely that he actually did get my 2 requests via mail and is either too busy or doesn't care much. I mean he's probably getting dozens of requests on a daily basis anyways. I don't want to look too annoying if I'd send in a fax now, that's like requesting it for the 3rd time :(

Either he would care, and didn't see/get your note, or he's too busy, OR he doesn't give a shit anyway. In the first case he might finally see/get it, and in the latter cases he'll ignore your third request as well anyway.
