Get a blog Someone. You could then monetarise it - I'm sure you'd get a lot of traffic with your... erm... areas of special interest... :naughty2:

You know, I am lucky just to survive. I'm in no position to use this advice today. THWOTH, it's do or die, and your advice is fine, but that's not a very meaningful thing, a blog, in the early part of 2011. I know my situation, and it's not.

That post isn't paid for with money, if you know what I mean. :naughty2:
Better ask LIFE for the specifics, though.

Depends on how you send it, if you mean how long does it take for your status to change, well that depends on the speed of the staff reponse to the request.

It's more that I've never really used paypal before, so I have no idea if it's worked or not.

Did you sign up for paypal? If so you should have got an email or something. Or did you just use the credit card process via paypal? Will check with Life if he received your payment, but probably you should PM me the name that would have appeared on the transaction.

£? I think it's a drachma, or maybe shekel, some coin of a faded empire..

Is there any chance of organising a direct debit sort of payment method? It seems the site needs a stable income if it is to continue and improve.
