It would be interesting if you released the selected Mods application email. I assume part of it lists their areas of expertise, and an explanation in there own words on why they would make a good mod.

I think it's because I'm a verbal person and here the words in my head as I type them and that typing is almost subconscious that I often mix up homonyms. Maybe I'll pose this question in the psychology forum one day. And I did not go back to correct "here" with "hear" on purpose, but the mistake was made on accident.
