Random Page Jumping (Index)

You click somewhere or you want to submit a post just to see yourself landing on the index page again.
Yes, I'm aware of this annoying phenomenon and I found the root of its cause: Memory limit.

The good news is, once we've switched servers this malfunction will be gone. The bad news is, until that happens (a few days from now) you'll have to live with it. There's no way to circumvent it otherwise, I've tried :whine:

So, when you're writing a reply/post save it to your clipboard or to a textfile prior to submitting it so it doesn't get lost, just in case. Retry submitting it after redirection.

Sorry for the inconvenience, it's pissing me off big time :banghead:

I have been using "Lazarus" which is an add-on for Firefox. It saves most of your submissions (I say "most" because I am not sure what the limits are :roll:

)

Yes - just follow the "Add-ons" menu item under "Tools" - then the "Get Add-ons" tab and follow your nose.

I just back page and hit submit again in Firefox. Works a treat.

No biggie, I occasionally get a blank "done" page, but "refresh" in Firefox does the trick. :dance:

No, I mean back page. Usual by the expedient of holding down [Alt] and hitting the left arrow key.
