Staff Goodbyes.

#1  Postby kiore » Aug 28, 2012 5:35 pm

Again it is my sad duty to announce that some of our long term volunteers are leaving the staff team.
I wish to thank on behalf of the staff; Spinozasgalt, Mazille and HughMcB for their service to this place, and personally thank them for their comradeship over the years.

Hugh: No, no, no! But hey, we can all still blame Hugh when things go wrong...
Spozzy: sorry to see you go. You were one of the few that could manage navel-gazing... Err, philosophy I mean.
Mazille: You know we all love you!

:hugs: to all. I hope you will be posting around the forum.

Spozzy & Mazille, now that I am addicted to mafia, hope you can play a game with me? Maybe we'll end up on the same scum team and rule the town? :P

:( Is there a specific reason why they are stepping down or are they just tired of being yelled at by disgruntled whiner babies? :P

HughMcB, Spinozasgalt and Mazille, I want you to know that I always hated you and if anything, that hate has grown over the years to the point where I cannot type out your names without gagging. Therefore, please get bent. OH! And can I....borrow a tenner..?

I presume they've all been sacked over their problems with body odour, I am surprised the rest of the staff put up with them for so long. Or maybe LIFE just can't afford the air freshener bills for modtopia any more.

On warm days, standing next to Mazille was like standing next to the waste bins out the back of Billingsgate fish market.

I would like to thank Mazille and HughMcB for never having given me a warning. I will miss their even-handed and restrained moderation.

Sheer luck, I assure you. They just didn't pick up a report brought in about one of your posts that required a warning. :coffee:

They'll all be sadly missed. Hugh because we blamed him for everything, Mazille because he used to buy the beers, and Spinozasgalt because he took the unintelligible writings of Philosophy, and distilled it down to some far simpler but even less intelligible - but far more entertaining.

:ill:
