We must also consider that some people are not fully 'out' and still may be uncomfortable about boasting about their atheistic or agnostic views, perhaps because their community is particularly religious, or close friends or family are. Whilst a few 'anti-religion' t-shirts will always be a laugh, a good design needs to be generic, uplifting and unanimous. Something not relating to belittling a religious group or ideal, but to supporting science and rational thought. A nice image about a particular discovery, or dedicated to a brilliant scientist or theory, perhaps with a subtle hint of controversy that is only apparent to those who understand the theory. I'll perhaps try to think of something, though I'm not that good at the actual ideas - just really at drawing up others' good ideas.
I'm not trying to discourage the anti-religious themes either; rather, I just feel that a more subtle and generic alternative will sell better and appeal to those who are less audacious or proud of their beliefs, as well as those who are.
