A logo needs to be eye-catching, and to contain enough information for further exploration. #3 would fit the bill,particularly if the address was expanded.

I can't decide, I like 1 and 2, and 3 is cute. The trouble with 2 is that some smartarses will complain that they don't understand it. So which one shall I go with, Can't I vote for all of them?
