Hmmm... That Dragon capsule (for future crewed missions) that went, unoccupied, to the ISS and returned safely was testing its abort engine on a pad. It didn't go well. US crew launches on hold for the foreseeable...

NASA is streaming it on Twitch too, been going on for some time with cool stories about technology and history and you know cool stories. Apparently the commercial aspect is healthy to space exploration. I watch it on twitch because there is chat and NASA admin of the channel often goes to "emotes only" mode and even deletes some of the emotes ppl post. I understand this is serious stuff but ... you need to stream more NASA and get in touch with .. people :)

I know I could probably google it, and I tried.., when they were talking about the benefits of the space program, in particular research and development of practical stuff like 3D printing organs/tissues on the space station they were saying .. there is no sedimentation? there .. does it just mean, there is no gravity? In other words, what is so great about no sedimentation?

My guess would be that extractor fans with filters are enough to keep the place clean because the dust never settles.

I believe they are referring to cell sedimentation, which means settling of cells in a sample. My guess is that as 3D printing is a layered process you don't want printed cells to settle to the bottom of the layer before you print the next one. In 0g settling wouldn't occur.
