I wonder when it will do the proper supernova thing. I was quite surprised that the homunculus nebula is easy to see visually. I first saw it in a 50cm scope but it is easy enough to in a 20cm newt.

im luken 4wards 2 Cairns, Oz, this November - that'll b my 1st opportunity to c this thang 4 miself. :cheers: if it goes orf during totality, i'll try my best 2 get imagery 2 teh cloud/gridz as fast as im able. :thumbup:
