Interesting and well-done video. The reporter and Dawkins play well off each other.

Not quite sure about the thread title, though, did I miss a BANG somewhere in the video ?

Nicely done. I'm rather impressed that this video went up so quick. Surely this episode only aired today at 1930hrs?

I must be doing something right - here I was, reading away on RatSkep, to be called to the TV by my 8 year old, with a Mum, Mum, what's that guy you like, not the one in the wheel chair with the funny voice, the other one... He's talking about eyes!

An attractive female on tv who's intelligent? We don't have any of those in the US...

Dawkins is a great educator and if I was a science teacher I'd definately record this programme to show to kids.

I agree he is. That's why his books have had such an impact IMO. I wasn't a science major and The Blind Watchmaker completely extinguished the dying embers of my belief in a God-created world. He took every single argument and just nailed them, using accessible language and superb metaphors. His "Growing up in the Universe" programmes illustrate his expertise beautifully too.
