I have no idea about the ins and outs of underwater photography, but somehow it almost strikes me as doctored. Probably is real though, and therefore pretty cool.

A clever camourflage trick, pretending to be an arm of an octopus! Presumably, the fish is somehow immune from attack by the octopus.

So they can take your temperature, shake your hand, pat you on the shoulder, dust down your clothes, juggle, pick your pocket, and take notes on your observational skills all at the same time.
