I have no idea about the ins and outs of underwater photography, but somehow it almost strikes me as doctored. Probably is real though, and therefore pretty cool.

A clever camourflage trick, pretending to be an arm of an octopus! Presumably, the fish is somehow immune from attack by the octopus.
