She battled through in every kind of tribulation,
She revelled in adventure and imagination.
She never listened to no hater, liar,
Breaking boundaries and chasing fire.
Oh, my my! Oh my, she flies!

Re: 25/50 Book Challenge 2016

#294  Postby don't get me started » Oct 19, 2016 6:46 am

Just spent a nice 30 minutes reviewing the year.
It's quite easy as don't get her started has a rule: No more new books in the house. One in= one out.
That means that all of my recent purchases are keep in my office at work, where I have loads of shelf space.
(The books are in the order in which they appear on my shelves, not the order in which I read them.)

This is the list that I came up with. (I suspect that there might be a few re-reads missing...I usualy re-read Ian M. Banks regularly)
I also omitted books that I refer to constantly for my research and writing papers. I probably re-read a few chapters from a few key texts several times during the year...
