They're gonna get hit hard up there, I'm hoping that we get a pass this season. I know how they're feeling, it was one year ago today we were hunkered down waiting for Irma. I'd really hate to have a boat up there at the moment.

Has anyone looked at a satellite loop of the Atlantic from Africa to North America? The storms are lining up like box cars in a freight train. View the infrared version for full effect.

The well-defined one with the eye is Helene, currently a Cat 2. It will be a "fish storm" and run off into the central Atlantic.

I'm more worried about Issac, don't like that red track, it's aimed right at us. Doesn't look like it will get much past a Cat 1, though. We barely close the windows for a 1. It's passing south of Cuba, which is good for us. Irma went on the north side and cranked up into a Cat 5 real fast because the waters in the Florida Straits are so warm. If it gets past a low end 3 it's time to GTFO.
