My English is not good and sometimes I cannot understand verbal conversation well; I did not hear the word "shit "in the video; Is it there?

It does not literally mean that they say the word "shit", it is a slang term meaning essentially the stupid things that Christians sometimes say to atheists. Sometimes "shit" can even be used more generally to mean something like "stuff", with no negative connotations intended but that does not appear to be the cue here.

So yeah, "shit Christians say to atheists" more or less equals "stupid things Christians say to atheists".

On the flipside I have had some atheists say some nasty shit to me when I was a Christian. There are people in every situation who are complete jerks to other people.

That's not something that appears to be under dispute here, although it's certainly the case that lot of Christians seem to feel that it does make them better people.
