And weren't you lying, Robert? What will the baby Jesus have to say about that? He'll cry, you know.

Not the merits of the evidence.

Evolution hasn't proven itself on the merits of evidence?!?!?!

Robert I wonder if we both live on the same planet.

I've decided that I think I should go looking for Jesus. All it takes is faith that I will find him, and apparently I can find him very easily because "he's everywhere!" Then I need do nothing more but read the Bible (I'm doing that anyway) and grovel on my knees 2/3 times a day while looking at the insides of my eyelids and talking to the air. Then I can say pretty much anything I like, make any claim about anything and then claim that I know it's true because "I have faith." And I don't ever have to do another thing. The beauty of this is, if I also make weekly trips down to the local church, put some money in the plate and listen to some idiot telling me about what a bad person I am, I can get to believe that at the end of my life, I can live forever with Jesus. That must mean I can live everywhere seeing that Jesus is everywhere. Isn't that a cool way to see not only the whole earth, but also the whole universe without ever having to put up with bad airline food again. Cool hey??

Just kidding, just kidding. I haven't lost my marbles, yet!

I'll take the bad airline food of reality, please Aggie! ;)
Science is the worst form of inquiry into reality, except all the others that have been tried.

That devil on the tarot card is waving and saying 'Hi mum - love and kisses to the folks back home, oh and DO say hello to Robert B here, if only I had a few more hundred of him to do my job for me'.

My question to Robert would be, define evidence. What method would be qualitative?
I have no faith in reality.
Science is a philosophy of discovery, where religion is a philosophy of ignorance.
