It's kind of sad, isn't it, that the internet means that someone can now instantly broadcast themselves in the act of revealing their ignorance to millions of strangers. Of course, if they weren't so arrogant as to assume that something that doesn't make sense to them is the result of a flaw in evolutionary theory, and not of their own misunderstanding, they wouldn't put themselves in this situation.

It's so common to hear this line of 'reasoning': I don't get it, which means it's flawed. The Dunning-Kruger effect is so explanatory.
