Long lived shimmering rainbow

#1  Postby Macdoc » May 08, 2017 10:24 am

Baron said they kept taking pictures over the time the phenomenon lasted, and it turned out to be very long-lived, changing shape and either dimming or becoming brighter. She said she'd never seen anything like it in the time she's spent storm chasing.

"Not a rainbow that just kept on being there and growing with the clouds. Never. It probably lasted a good two hours," she said.

If you have some rainbow pics might be a spot to put them up.

This was a stitch of three images I took in Richmond Park on my phone a couple of years back. As you can imagine, I was fairly annoyed I didn't take another row aiming a bit higher so as to get the whole of the second bow as well. It's a bit cheesy but I was quite pleased with it all the same.

It wasn't till after I'd finished the editing that I noticed the main bow touches the ground in front of the row of trees!

Those are some beautiful examples of the effects of chemtrails.
