Graduate (or should I say "victim"?) of the Florida public school system here. It was a long time ago that I was in high school, but I do remember my biology teacher. I think he was a real biology major but he sucked as a teacher. We mostly watched films but they certainly didn't lean creationist. My chemistry teacher, OTOH, was extremely anti-abortion. It was well known around campus that if you didn't want to study chemistry on any particular day all you had to do was mention abortion in class. Then she would spend the entire period ranting.
