Quebec bans religion in daycare centres

#1  Postby pilot » Dec 17, 2010 7:51 pm

Quebec has banned all forms of religious instruction and promotion in state funded daycare centers, various reports suggest that Christmas trees and accommodation for cultural holidays will not be banned.

It shouldn't have to be banned; it shouldn't have existed to begin with.

Yeah this passed a while ago. Basically Quebec is very anti-catholic (look up the silent revolution), and I think there were also cases of Muslim daycares getting funding.

The whole Christmas tree thing is completely stupid. What was happening is they were forcing them to memorize bibles verses and lame shit like that.
