Struck me as an interesting counterweight to all the moral panic stories about screen-obsessed children.

I fucking hate screen addicts. If you can't even pull your face away to talk to your own fucking child, what kind of human are you?

I was thinking something along the same lines myself not too long ago. It seems like everyday I see parents I know posting stuff on Facebook and other social media about how "kids today" spend too much time with electronics and how back when they were kids their parents never would have let them do that. Yet the people who post these things are the same ones I see with the most activity on Facebook, Twitter, etc. Makes me think it's not so much a generational thing but rather something these kids are learning at home.
