I believe she get's mentioned a grand total of 2 times.
If it wasn't already distressing enough that HBO's Game of Thrones TV series is most likely going to overtake author George R. R. Martin's actual writing of the Song of Ice and Fire novels before he can finish the full saga, Martin's editor, Anne Groell, is now saying that the story may require more than seven books.
