Yeah ....I was thinking too depressing to start yet ....just incredible and well told. The Ophrah interviews after also remarkable. Oscar worthy for sure.

I struggle to separate Peggy from the Scientologist that is the actor in the Handmaid's Tale. Can't empathise with her.

Really enjoyed The Family Brain Games on BBC2. Thought the documentary on BBC1 last night with Martina Navratilova about trans athletes in sport was very interesting too.

was reading yesterday how no-one would pick up killing eve until bbc america did, bless 'em...

finished st3 yesterday - much preferred to season 2, i think, seemed much more cohesive, better character development and the easter eggs/references kept on coming....i hate being reminded how i may have dressed like that in the early 80s, though - especially those damn shorts...

Another interesting Panorama on BBC tonight about the protests cropping up at schools around the country trying to prevent them teaching primary school children about same sex relationships.

(Recently watched)

Russian Doll and Fleabag. Superb leads. Very smart writing, very funny.

Added: IRT another post in the thread... you have to watch more than 30 mins of Russian Doll. I was almost put off by some self-conscious affect of the lead, but patience pays off.

While there are some legitimate critiques to be made about season 3 of Stranger Things, it's hilarious to see so many anti-SJWs whine and complain about it 'forcing/shoving down their throat' of a supposed 'agenda' and the lesbian character introduced in this season.
It's like they have no self-reflection.
"Respect for personal beliefs = "I am going to tell you all what I think of YOU, but don't dare retort and tell what you think of ME because...it's my personal belief". Hmm. A bully's charter and no mistake."
