Ever notice in The Expanse almost every time someone delivers exposition someone else undermines them?

Marco Inaros is maybe the dullest, most irritating character in the show... and a minor sidekick (Cyn) is riveting whenever he’s given anything substantial to say. The world is not fair.

Season 3 of Cobra Kai is great. Really hitting you in the nostalgic feels.

I'm seeing the tone shift in Veep. It's gone dark. I could be wrong but I feel like the British people are no longer involved.

Jeez Fred Johnson's organisation is fatally compromised.....

Maybe it's me but Inaros's taking down of Fred Johnson and getting the protomolocule went a bit to easy imo. As well as Holden and Johnson realising way to late that something was wrong and way to much shooting a metal droid.

Yeah that’s the action scene I was poo-pooing. Lotta inconveniences, conveniences, and dum dum behavior. The show can make that work, if it kept Inaros a bit more mysterious imo. The actor can’t pull off the heft of the character imo (though that speech was pretty good, despite him). Less would be more.

(Haven’t seen ep6 yet)

Edit: My hunch says Inaros is fated to die by season’s end. Some kind of rearrangement/compromise for belters and (more interestingly) for the access point. I’d love it if the show chose to do a “big-picture” shift each season - the best sci-fi constantly reminds us how small we are. But this is based on books, right? Whatever will be, is? :dunno:

Watched The Mandalorian. Exactly as dull as expected. Way to much focus on fan-service references and characters, rather than a good story and interesting main characters.

A sensible Dutchman.

So season 2 is at same level as season 1? I couldn't get past ep4.

Looks like Gina Carano got the boot for comparing Republicans to Jews during the Holocaust.

We were looking for the first Dungeons & Dragons Community episode on Netflix, and... they yanked it back in the summer? And so did Hulu? Because of Chang's blackface.
