Well neither would I. However serial killers are real, vampires are not. At least in my world.

But the whole premise of the series is that because of the invention of 'true blood' vampires no longer have to feed on humans. I agree that you have to accept that premise though.

But if we stick internally to the show none of the human characters really have a reason to accept this. In fact the only people with anything like natural or rational responses to vampires are Tara and Lafayette.

Which brings me on to another thing - Why no black vampires? Are vampires racist? Is it because black people are the only people who are on to them and stay the hell away from them?

At the end of series three a pair of silver handcuffs was all that was needed to take down Eric and some even more ancient vampire. Now they need whole rows of chains to keep themselves down.

Well, it does that have that American thing where names of episodes aren't given on the episode itself but they still manage to have names. I don't know if these names are used on the TV listings or where they're used. I know Game of Thrones had the episodes listed on Wiki before the season even started.
Anyway the names are also listed on the box set.
