Oh, yeah. One P. Remember in The Dark Knight every time the tension was building up, like the scene before Gordon gets shot, it has a high-pitched, build up sound? Like a crescendo that never goes anywhere.

Not the other Shepard tone they used for the Bat Pod's engine sound (I only just found that nugget out now).

Second episode, the way Luke casually beat up those guys.

Luke's going to get his own spin-off apparently, next year.

Been binge watching Mad Men.

Nice melodrama, for all that.

-Greetings and salutations. I have made the pilgrimage from the Hall of Veterans as George Washington once forded the Delaware. Steely in my resolve, prepared to battle unto my dying breath for the rights--

-Lawyer's here.

-Hey, Denise. For the rights of free men!

-Hey, Karl, Ed's in back.

-Rights that were squeezed from British oppression like water from a stone! That all men are created equal, free from the jackboot tyranny and gulag magic tricks of nameless, faceless committees.

-Hey. Hope they didn't wake ya.

-Outta my way, tool of the state, for I am come to comfort and counsel my client, even as you seek to prison him--

-Yeah, whatever you're gonna do, you got 30 minutes.

-Don't dictate terms to me, you rogue, for the law is a light on a hill, calling to its breast all those in search of justice. To whit, this poor, mottled wretch in front of me.

I love this show.

  That guy's hilarious.
I rewatched season one, and I can't say 2 is better or worse. Lester and Billy Bob were great.

...

I'm still finding it meh :dunno:

The characters aren't particularly interesting and the storyline is failing to intrigue me. Seaon 1 was much better, but still lost its way for a couple of episodes. Rains of fish my arse.

The raining fish was the worst part about season one. They mentioned on the radio in the show a possible tornado, but tornadoes in winter?

Everyone uses phablets on Jessica Jones. I guess they're clearer to see for product placement purposes.

I think The Purple Man is my favourite MCU villain to hit screens yet.

We've had megalomaniacs, egomaniacs, mad scientists, terrorists, fundamentalists, ideologues, the vengeful; people the average person just reads about in newspapers - but I don't think we've ever had one whois just an out and out scumbag, who does things just because, well, because he can. He's probably the closest to the way an actual psychopath acts.

I hadn't realise the entire season had become 'available' since yesterday...

Originally he was a Daredevil villain, and then he became the primary antagonist of Jessica Jones. David Tennant does a superb job of capturing his psychopathic mannerisms from the comics into the live action scene.
