Yep, Mrs B and I binged the boxset last weekend. And if you like the idea of a dark, gothic and violent british police thriller with a pinch of X-Files then you'll love it. Yes, it's implausible and there's plot holes you could dock the Ark Royal in and The heroes get beaten to a bloody pulp almost every episode yet are fine half an hour later but it's a thumbs up from us.

Anyone heard about Reverie ? It scores 9.6 on IMDB.
I know it has Sarah Sahi, but still, that's a lot.

I'm guessing this conversation is about Hard Sun on the beeb... ?

If so, I'll have to express my disappointment that there was no way to crowbar in some "Sky at Night - special" coverage during the series - in fact, no mention of astrophysics or observational data on the phenomenon, at all.

It also took to part 5 (and much hilarity on the frequent mention of his name) to work out who Keith was - must've missed the character's proper intro.

Still, I've seen worse.

a couple of episodes in now and sounds about right - seen better, seen worse - some nice camerawork and lighting and some bits that are the epitome of average...some of the acting is pretty histrionic but it's a pleasant enough way to pass a wet saturday afternoon...being thick, the science malarkey doesn;t bother me anyway...

The middle two episodes are the most entertaining. And the most gruesomest. (Yes, that's a word)

Yes. Strangely, I did think Neil Maskell would have been a good fit for this show while watching it.

Main beard man's favourite snack appears to be the scenery.
