Yep, Mrs B and I binged the boxset last weekend. And if you like the idea of a dark, gothic and violent british police thriller with a pinch of X-Files then you'll love it. Yes, it's implausible and there's plot holes you could dock the Ark Royal in and The heroes get beaten to a bloody pulp almost every episode yet are fine half an hour later but it's a thumbs up from us.

I'm guessing this conversation is about Hard Sun on the beeb... ?
If so, I'll have to express my disappointment that there was no way to crowbar in some "Sky at Night - special" coverage during the series - in fact, no mention of astrophysics or observational data on the phenomenon, at all.
It also took to part 5 (and much hilarity on the frequent mention of his name) to work out who Keith was - must've missed the character's proper intro.
Still, I've seen worse.
