I didn't see anything that was about upcoming video games so I thought I would start a thread on it. So what upcoming video games are you looking forward to?

There are some I'm looking forward too, so far mine are:

Star Wars The Force Unleashed II


Batman Arkham City

Obviously this is not out for another year so no cover yet.

WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2011


Aliens Colonial Marines (if it ever comes out)
Hitman 5 (that has been delayed again)

Not much concrete information on the next in this series, but Grand Theft Auto is high on my list.

Fallout New Vegas.

Mass Effect 2: Lair of the Shadow Broker, only an expansion, i think its supposed to take place after the ME2 campaign, and Liara is back, should be released soon

Ive been waiting for this for years , ive played a lot of Half-Life: Natural Selection and this looks amazing

Since last month an alpha version of it has been available on steam for those who pre-ordered it >.< lucky fuckers

Finnwars 2, was originally a BF1942 mod, development at a stand still right now

Battlestar Galactica Online, i actually heard about this 10 minutes ago, but it looks great

The sequels to Fallout 3 should be epic, Fallout: New Vegas looks interesting as well
Also the Starcraft 2 Zerg and Protoss campaign, i prefer playing Terran but i like the storyline, so i will definitely get them (estimated to take 18 months to complete each campaign)

That Jumpgate Evolution looks all sorts of boring. Fancy graphics are all very well but the gameplay of many new games seems to suck.

Halo Reach. I pre-ordered it about a week ago.

Deus Ex 3 and Fable III.

Medal of Honor and CoD Black Ops look good, but I can't pay £44 for Black Ops when it is so similar to MW2 maybe when it's in a bargain bin somewhere.

That and Deus Ex 3 due out next year. While there are many games I will play, there are so very few that I am actually looking forward to. I waited 10 years for Fallout 3. Something I would really like to see is something close to Privateer that DOES NOT have arcade view only.

The developers at Volition say it's going to be even crazier than Saints Row 2. I have no idea how they're going to accomplish such a task, but I'm confident they can do it.

Far Cry 3. Two was much better than Crysis
Trine 2. The 1st one wasn't perfect, but it had great promise imo
and Bioshock: Infinite... maybe. I was underwhelmed by 1 & 2 so hopefully it's a step up. I really want to like this series as the System Shock games were among my faves of all time.
and of course Half Life 3, but who knows when that's gonna be out.

Far Cry 2 sucks, it sucks so much that words can not describe, but at least i didnt pay for it, my brother gave it to me for christmas

I bought a PS3 solely to able to play The Last Guardian, just as I bought a PS2 so I could play Ico. This isn't to say I don't enjoy other games. I certainly do. It's just that The Last Guardian is what finally convinced me to spend the money for a new console. Still waiting for the game to come out, though

I have to admit it's been a while since I heard anything on Mirrors Edge 2. I did read EA confirmed it will be made but I'm not sure if that means DICE will be developing it or not cos it's not mentioned on their website as being in production.
Far Cry 2 does suck a bit. Bit I kinda like it for all it's suckiness, respawning enemies, endless driving around jungles etc
Crysis was/still is graphically amazing, but it was a bit too linear and the storyline didn't really draw me in. Plus even when I had patched it to death it was riddled with bugs. 3 times I had to download a savegame off the internet cos I'd done things out of order and got stuck on a map. Once the game itself just effed up and everyone just stood around frozen in time while I ran around trying to figure out what the hell to do.

I did hear a rumour on the 1up podcast that Gearbox had bought the rights to it.

Far Cry 2 is probably the most irritatingly fun game I've played in years. Enemies can detect you from hundreds of miles away as if you've got a giant neon sign above your head, and they can track you better than a team of Predators with a hundred sniffer dogs, but there's nothing more fun than sniping a propane gas canister and watching the ensuing bush fire consume an enemy outpost. If Far Cry 3 keeps the goodness from 2 but corrects the annoying flaws, I'll be happy.

Haha I know, there's that sense of who the fuck just shot me, and it's a sniper on the horizon. And then at other times you can walk right up to them and machete them in the head
I remember doing the assignment where you take out the guys at a fuel depot. Didn't have to shoot anyone, just the canisters. It was insane
I like when the NPC's see an injured buddy and pick them up to carry them to safety.
3 needs more variety in the missions and make it more urban. The GTA driving around thing doesn't work as well out in the wilderness.
