I thought I’d exaggerated the tiger scene length as “a full minute”... apparently Mike had the same complaint, and he clocked it. It was 1:30. :ill:

Cosmic Sin. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11762434/? ... lmg_act_15

I lasted a mere 15 minutes. Looks like Bruce Willis' career is going the way of Steven Segal's. :nono:

Revised all parts of "Resident Evil". I can say that the first three films remain the best in the series.

Luca. The latest Pixar.
It felt like something a few guys in the studio did during their own time. Bad animation, extremely predictable, flat and classic scenario.

The word 'subversion' gets used way too much and more often than not it's used in the way Benioff and Weiss think that word means but this is pure G.R.R Martin. It never goes the way you think. Brilliant.

I watched this on your recommendation. Reminded me of A History of Violence except that it lacked any of the quality. Infantile dumbass shite, basically. Mid life crisis porn - I invented a new term! Some vaguely entertaining bits of violence, so 2/10 :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono:

Tomorrow War (2021): Dookie

Image The Tomorrow War (2021)

Competent CGI. The rest is garbage if your brain is on, semi-garbage if it's off. Way too long.

Watching this right now and it's one of the dumbest movies I've seen in a very long time. And not even dumb like in a dumb but fun way. Imagine a Sharknado script stripped of any modicum of self awareness and that's how the plot plays out.

Aye. Other than the monster CGI & Sam Richardson's personality, idk if I can think of a single positive thing in it. Amazon should've just bought the rights to Edge of Tomorrow.

The first one got away with a major plot hole because the world was being introduced... if this is a true sequel, I can't imagine everyone hasn't learned to live near fast-moving rivers and waterfalls.

basically they have, more or less. This story, as with the original, is about a single family's journey in this world. The sequel reveals a bit more and yes people have figured some things out and it looks like humanity will be on the rebound in the near future. As mentioned this does take a bit of oxygen out of the horror aspect of the movie leaving it somewhat blah overall.

The Jonestown Haunting

Piece of shit low budget distasteful tripe which plays fast and loose with the facts around the Jonestown tragedy, even going so far as to make out the whole thing was agovernment orchestrated conspiracy. :nono: 3/10 and that's only for the faithful bits of transcript from Jones's sermons which I find intriguing.

The writer/director's name is Andrew Jones...common surname I guess...yet, bitter perchance? :tinfoil:
