I recently bought a 55" LED TV and a Bluray player with 5.1 surround sound. I also spoilt myself with the Starwars Bluray box set. 9 discs in all! I have watched episodes 1 & 2 after a little spliff. Man, did my socks get blown off! Every time a spaceship would fly over from behind, I'd nearly shit myself. Perhaps I had the volume up a tad too much?

Can't wait for episode 3 over the weekend.... :smoke:

Try 'Aliens'. When the aliens wake up it sounds like they're in the ceiling - probably not the best idea when you're feeling a bit paranoid. :paranoid:

I find it crazy that you can buy such a potent narcotic over the counter, disguised as candy. It's madness. This is gonna backfire so hard, and it's not going to be funny. People will die.

I agree. Nougat needs to be criminalised.

Absolutely. Nougat is a gateway drug. Every serial killer pedo cannibal necrophiliac scofflaw started on nougat. FACT.

I found a gorgeous Turkish woman on a beach in Goa that desperately wanted someone to share her hashish with.

Sadly, she was with her husband, who was a really nice chap. Still, free schmokes, yay!

Was that all the smoking you did in India?
I think you'd like Maine, at least for the weed.

Yeah, didn't do much smoking. It was okay, it was an awesome holiday anyway, I didn't really miss it. It was nice to have a few nights, passing a spliff around, I was happy enough with that.

Edit to add: I'm sure Maine would be lovely but to be honest, visiting the US again is fairly low on my list, I find the unique combination of fundamentalist Christianity and gun culture stuff to be less attractive than other options available to me.

I knew you weren't going to be coming to Maine. Likewise Great Britain is pretty low on my list, and I haven't even been once.
Maine is a live and let live culture though, not that shit you describe. Nobody pushes anything on me in my every day life. I don't even hear the phrase "god bless you" uttered around town, where I don't go to church. There hasn't been a murder in this zip code (about 120 sq miles) in the 9 years I've lived here.

Getting back to the topic, marijuana is decriminalized, and available to buy legally for anyone with a physician's recommendation. It's very easy to find, and not looked down upon by many people under 70. That's why I quipped that you would like Maine.

It does sound cool.

(BTW The UK is quite a nice place to visit, just don't stay too long ;) )

I'm not an alcoholic beverage drinker though, that might limit the activities available. J/K
Do you think some people might give me a little grief for being an American?

Ah, yes, that might limit things.

Yes, absolutely. Hopefully with a smile though. :dopey:

 Well if I became a world traveler, I'd cross those bridges when I get there.
You can buy bags of regular weed without tobacco there I assume. I wonder what the price would be on that, say per gram? I forgot.
