It's real simple folks, just call people whatever they want to be called. Insert tired attack helicopter joke here. It's so simple, you don't even have to get out of your safe space to learn a single thing about it. The only reason anyone might object is if they feel like they're being fooled, as if fooling them would accomplish anything. But this sort of person, who likes to make everything about themselves can, with sufficient effort, get over themselves.
