Yes, a move to higher elevations.
Also mentioned in the video is the planting of shade-casting trees in coffee plantations. Some farmers are doing this already, but socioeconomic factors come into play... many of the smallholder farmers (in Colombia) can't afford to plant trees in significant numbers, and they're no longer getting the gov't assistance they used to.
There'll probably be increasing emphasis on the hardy robusta bean. (Less aromatic than arabica and more bitter, it's the bean typically used to make dark-roast espressos and mass-manufactured instant coffees).
