You must know that I'll be reporting this to Josh to pass onto RD. This is so that Richard can accuse his former forum members of wishing to 'rape' him when he next talks to the press...

I'm not that bloody excited.

Explain that Josh and Chalky...

Saw them many times both in Jolly Old and here in Canada later. Don't think I'll bother again now that they are literally half-dead. Extremely lack-lustre appearance at the super-bowl 1/2 time show.

They are still my 8 year olds favourite band though, I hear and enjoy them a lot.
The problem with fantasies is you can't really insist that everyone else believes in yours, the other problem with fantasies is that most believers of fantasies eventually get around to doing exactly that.

2000 years from now people will argue whether Richard was real or a myth, and endlessly debate the various versions of the RDF melt-down, but reason will still exist and RatSkep will have evolved to an inter-galactic organization.

I take the long-term view :D

Resistance is futile.

I bet we make an episode of Family Guy or South Park. This is too juicy a morsel to pass up. May even make Colbert or stewart.

I will be watching "Hungry Beast" here in Oz next week. It is written and performed by a bunch of young people but the person behind the show is [atheist] Andrew Denton, who had a whole thread about his slightly odd interview with RD on the old forum.

Just for you, from me and Melchior (MrsC);

"We'll be fighting on the threads
and we might lose our heads
and the Dawkins that we worship will be gone

and the man who spurred us on
gave us Timonen
he decided that the forum would be gone

I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
laugh out loud at the 'supperating rectum'
smile and grin at the change all around
take up my keyboard and play
just like yesterday
and i'll get on my knees and pray

That we don't get fooled again!

The change it had to come
we knew it all along
We didn't know it would be a blog
but the new forum looks the same
the posters haven't changed
Coz the avatars were safe from Timonen

I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
laugh out loud at the 'supperating rectum'
smile and grin at the change all around
take up my keyboard and play
just like yesterday
and i'll get on my knees and pray

That we don't get fooled again!"

Can't wait.
You are truly talented.

"Laugh out loud at the supperating rectum"

Just imagine when historians of the year 3000 discover that vid. What will they make of the lyrics ?

Does anyone know what "supperating" means anyway ?

Is it something to do with soup ?
