Yeah, grey AND beige walls in the same room. Crazy strange, eh?

No, not that. It's just when I read certain comments I 'hear' them as chipmunks. (Or at least, I do now) ;)

What else do you consider is strange in your post then? There's nothing strange in the youtube of some guy spouting un-evidenced stories.

Yes, the post (#281) where you wrote, "So strange". What (other than the decor) is strange?

Life in the universe is about my favorite subject. That includes life on Mars. But Mars marines and reptillians, ufo's visiting Earth, these stories have nothing for me. What unfulfilling crap. The truth is so much more fascinating. Just because we don't have any evidence of life outside of Earth, it doesn't interest me to listen to lies that other humans make up. I'd rather examine the actual possibilities in this absence. Insteading of making up elaborate lies and passing them off as truth, these hucksters should just get into writing science fiction. Too bad most of this garbage is too boring even for fiction.

.....So strange that someone would think, if you 'speed up' a you tube video, you would hear chipmunks. ;)

Hey... Is all of this a 'coikidink'?

Ripple cypto currency logo, XX male chromosome/covid19, third eye, hypercycloid, shakra, pelosi...
Ok basically he's saying that the US currency will be replaced with crypto, and Pelosi will become president.
But I guess some people actually want that to be true?

Who is "he"? Why should I care what "he" is saying? Who are these "people" with wants about truth?

OP, you need to understand that all these "paranormal" stuff that you're into are from those who have financial incentive to spread lies & misinformation. If you enjoy mystery stories, you should stick to the more factual stuff like true crimes or [non-paranormal] conspiracy theories.

The chipmunk thing was a reference to a post on a previous page of this thread.

"he" is Steve. Also known as "Montagraph" on the Youtubz. Sure, he's 'out there'. Sh sh sh sh sure.

Recap

#292  Postby JustStarDust » Aug 03, 2020 5:56 pm

This thread could be dedicated to those who want to give a brief spiel on their previous beliefs, VS "right now" (that would be, as of the reply was posted) - or ongoing investigations into this thing we call life on Earth.

Me personally - I draw the line at flat Earth & the Mandela Effect. I have an open mind to almost any other theory. Which is 'bad', I know. I need to read a whole bunch of stuff. I need to ask the right questions. I need to - not come across as a troll. If I do, I apologize. It's not my intention, honestly.

Ok so what was a previously held belief, that you thought was true which then turned out to be false?
(Keeping in mind that this is all somewhat, 'subjective').

Not exactly. With the exceptions of Shermer, there's no money in being skeptic.

What do you mean, "exceptions of Shermer", is that because of JRE 961?
There's money in - basically everything. Need it to live, etc. It's just that some, may have an 'un-diagnosed mental illness', like what the director of Ace Ventura (Thomas Peter Shadyac ) said in the documentary film 2010 "I AM",and I tend to believe him (to a degree).

Will the real Shadyac please stand up? (bad joke, sorry)

Believing that belief mattered.

May I suggest it isn’t the need to educate yourself on “stuff”, but rather how how to apply critical thought to anything and everything. Training ones brain to identify and question spurious claims is not at all easy, but of amazing value.

Sure is.

Singapore banned chewing gum. Remember that?

'caus the public can't be trusted apparently. And tbh it is sad to see footpaths covered with black spots. Pretty unhygienic.

And laws against dumping, etc. All well known.

God damn it, if you aren’t going to take your own threads seriously why the fuck should anyone else? All this crap just comes across as shitty trolling if you start threads just to post inane bullshit. Your response to Macdoc actually supports his observation that this, and nearly every other post you submit, amounts to little more than littering the forum.

I suggest you engage in a far more mature posting style and stop this prepubescent gamesmanship.

Didn't see any such thing in the FUA... if there were, the trolls would get banned a lot faster, I guess.
