What I got from the video is that Transcendental Meditation is the secret to making us realize we are all the same. If we realize the Truth that we're all the same, then we can shed the divisions which generate strife among us and create a utopia.

Science will help because, once a unifying theory of everything is discovered, realizing that we are all the same will have a psychological impact on us and make us want to sit around the campfire and sing We Are the World.

Considering that I live in the US where some where around 50% of the population believes in a creationist view of the world, I don't see this happening. Fiction seems to be more important than facts here.

I would also question why our evolutionary history is not sufficient to create this unity.

P.S. That site seems primed for a certain elevated solipsist...

Didn't he also get himself kicked out of a corporate speech for some fashion house by bringing up how they used to make uniforms for the Nazis?

I don't really like him but I did like that.
