Of COURSE thoughts have the power to alter physical reality. How do think we figured out how to talk on this forum? We aren't just yelling really loud and annoying the neighbors and failing to boot. Some smart people did some rather useful thinking. Thinking is incredibly powerful stuff. Too bad the authors of the article failed at it.

Reading through the paper they linked to there seem to be several major flaws that could entirely undermine the high significance of their results. They only used four water bottles, so if one had had the slightest contamination then all bets are off. And (as they do acknowledge in the paper) the fifty samples from each of the bottles were not randomly distributed in the freezer. It really doesn't seem to be the most well thought out experiment, unless their intention was to attribute a really high significance to results that could be displaying effects of a one-in-four chance.

I have tried thinking I wont have a hangover when on the rare occasion I have sunk to many pints never works though.
