Even if we accept your implied definitions of "east" as Islamic forces and "west" as Christian ones, your question is meaningless. During the crusades there was little difference between them on the social level. Both sides were equally brutal, barbaric and lacking in compassion towards their own subjects as well as those of their opponents. You simple cannot compare medieval "east" and "west" with contemporary "east" and "west".

Today's battle between east and west has already begun on the economic level and could well be decided on the military level within a few decades, but the "east" will not be an Islamic force. It will be China, and it will very likely win. Historians, if there are any left in the future, will see the "west" - defined in terms of capitalist democracies - as a brief blip on the timeline of human civilisations.

Chinese proto writing began 7000 years ago

Chinese proto-writing existed in Jiahu around 7000 bce https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/China#Prehistory

The first Chinese dynasty was 2100BC

According to Chinese tradition, the first dynasty was the Xia, which emerged around 2100 bce. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/China#Prehistory

If ruling the world was in anyway practical, they either, already do, or, never will.

It's the economy, Nevets. If anything, the Chinese language, specifically the difficulty in communicating with it in writing, Has been a handicap. The Japanese suffered from the same, but have become quite adept at using the western alphabet. China is on the same path now.

IT is convergent. Technology is going to make historical cultural distinctions irrelevant, like the Boer war. The distinction between east and west will vanish, and unlike the past, the future will be divided between those who can travel to Mars and those who can't.
In Paris nothing matters.

This is a non-sequitur and you don't understand dates.
