Given that heterosexual species are the minority, and that monogamy is rare among heterosexual species, I think it's pretty safe to say that God least prefers families with one man and one woman as their nucleus.
Mostly God prefers asexual species. Which would be consistent with Christianity's historic hang-ups about sex.
