"Ois" is how "alles" is pronounced in Bavaria. "Alles klar?" means "everything OK with you?", the equivalent of "how are you doing?"
"Passt scho" is "passt schon", again in Bavarian pronunciation, and is what Mazille said in post no. 2. It means "it's fine". "Passt" means "it's enough", for instance if you're buying cheese and you want to tell the shop assistant that this is the right amount.
"Mei" or "jo mei" is a Bavarian expression meaning something like "oh well".
"Scheisswetter" means "terrible weather".
And "pfüat di" is a Bavarian expression meaning "goodbye", short for "pfüat di Gott" (behüte dich Gott), literally "may God protect you".
I'm pretty sure that all of these Bavarian expressions are used in Austria too (except perhaps "jo mei", which strikes me as very Bavarian).
