It's a pity that both the preface and introduction consist of the words "to do". Otherwise, I might have been tempted to plough on. Perhaps someone who has done could give us a hint of the tone of the tome, please?

The complete full version is out now on PDF and will also soon be available on Amazon to buy in hard copy.
