According to my personal reading of the Qur'an (and regardless of the history of Islam and what the Ahadeeth state), the Qur'an does suggest aggression, but it's not as bad as some people make it out to be.

I do believe, however, that the Qur'an inspires Muslim terrorists to do what they continue to do in the name of Allah and Islam.

The problem is that there are many verses in the Qur'an that are open to more than one "reasonable" interpretation ... even if some of these interpretations are "opposites" of each other.

Not only that, there are verses that contradict each other without any need for interpretation. Which, of course, means that it's a load of camel dung rather than the divine immutable work of an omniscient and prescient supernatural being. And this is what they would kill for?
