It's a fragment of Stephen Fry's podcasts, which you can find here:
http://www.stephenfry.com/?feed=podcast&format=audio.
More specifically, it's a part of Series 2 Episode 3: http://fry.positive-dedicated.net/fry-podcast2-episodes-03.mp3

Listen to the entire episode and all the others, highly recommended!

Of course lots of people don't seem to enjoy language. It's because there aren't enough people like Stephen Fry. He makes language sensual. You can hear the sensuality in the way he says them.

To quote paraphrase Yahtzee, it's as if Stephen Fry is tonguing our cochlear.
