Boolean Delay Equations

#1  Postby Kat Dorman » Mar 31, 2011 7:11 pm

Is anyone here well-versed in Boolean Delay Equations? I would be grateful for a jump-start in application of the principle, at least finding out if it's a beneficial tool for certain types of problems. Normally, I'd just put it on the list of things to learn and slog it out when there's time. But then it occurred to me there are shiteloads of intelligent people around here, and one or more may be willing to show off a bit, allowing me to intellectually freeload.

If no responses come in, I may post things as I learn them, or let the thread die.

Never even heard of the subject before. Looks quite interesting though. I would say yeah - go ahead and post things as you learn about them. That's what I've been doing on the twistor string thread in the physics forum. I think you'd get more interest in this topic because it has more mainstream applications (according to my quick Google search !) than twistor string

Hi twistor59. I've lurked a bit in that thread you made, and a lurker I shall remain! Is it too much ass-kissing to say that twistor59 is one of the names coming to mind when I say "shiteloads of intelligent people", yea even the first? (It's easy to remember)

I heard of it only less than a year ago. The information available is sparse and vague, relative to other topics. While it is interesting, it stays back-burnered because my interest is more in using it as a tool than intrinsic to the subject itself.

I do believe I'll follow your pattern. Thanks.
