Nah, no photoshop - my first girlfriend had a rectangular array like that growing from her shoulders too.

I think the claim of a Fibonacci spiral is a bit exaggerated - it only really holds true for part of the initial arc.

If you were going to photoshop it, wouldn't you make the breasts a little larger?

This. The origin of the spiral should be the top-right corner of the top smallest box. Those two smallest boxes, by the by, should be 1 unit by 1 unit, but they clearly are not drawn accurately.
