It's not often I wander through the mathematics section of this forum, seeing as my numeracy skills are woefully lacking...
But, I was searching around on YouTube looking for some stuff that my son and I could watch together (and that gets him away from minecraft videos) when I came across this little gem.
21 minutes well spent!
As is often the case with these kinds of mathematical things, I can get the big picture and understand what the end result is when it is presented in visual terms. But the actual doing of the maths, the rendering of the working in mathematical terms with equations and symbols, well, that is completely beyond me. I just wouldn't even know where to start. But that's okay.
It's always nice to listen to smart people who are enthusiastic about their subject and understand why other people might need some things to be expressed in accessible terms.
Edit for typo.
