As far as I am aware flu vaccines are produced by inoculating the virus into unfertilised chicken eggs as the growth medium.
For injection into humans the virus is partially inactivated.
So to answer your question does flu vaccine contain aborted fetus material? No, but it many contain, however unlikely due to the filtration processes involved, chicken egg. I would not classify unfertilised egg as an embryo, though whether others would is another question. I was assuming they original questioners meant human fetus material.
