Thought I was going mad. Thought it was all in my head. Even my doc didn't take it too seriously when I went to see him a month ago.
Only 41 and hobbling into his office with severe pains in my back.
Sure I knew there was something. An X-ray examination had already established that 5 years ago. Twisted vertebrae in the thoracic section.
However no amount of training seemed to be able to keep me on the straight and narrow any longer.
So he sent me to Phsyio and a new X-ray exam.
Verdict in this morning. Still twisted, and now with Osteoarthritis on top of it.
So a physiotherapist adjusting the twist every so often, exercises too keep the muscles strong enough to keep the vertebrae in place......
No painkillers as long as I can possibly prevent it. I hate the stuff.
But what can I do to slow the progress?
Looking at the second half of my life, literally, with this condition.
Help.
