I work for a gastroenterologist's office, and currently we're looking into doing this in our practice so that we don't have to keep sending patients to NYC for fecal transplant when they have recalcitrant C-Diff

Is there really no better way to introduce friendly bacteria to the gut than liquidising a lump of shit and pouring it down the throat?
