Fallon Morrison sings Reading Rainbow and Goodnight Moon
How American politics goes
1 Republicans cut tax, let everything run down to barely working...8 years
2 Democrats fix public spending to normal...8 years
Rinse, repeat.

A song that could tame the savage beast.

Sprout and Bean

... When you go away
I am big-boned and fey
In the dust of the day
In the dearth of the day...

Björk explains a TV. Enjoy! Not a song, more like Björk cult.

The stylings of Lindybeige and Ron Burgundy, with a bit of George Carlin thrown in for good measure :D

Is... is that a Rhodes Chroma?

What his clothes? I still haven't seen the Ron Burgundy movie. :shifty: I looked up Rhodes Chroma, expecting to see pictures of a watch. I can't help you with vintage keyboard id. Cool keyboards though. What is that on his hip, a proto-walkman?

Hmm, could be a monitor pack for his headphones?

Your guess is at least as good as mine, I'm guessing. :dopey: I don't even know why he's wearing headphones. Maybe his flute's too loud.

By the arrangement of the sliders, the membrane switches and the height of the control panel above the keyboard, it looks like Chroma (Rhodes or Arp – Rhodes version was released when Arp went under.) The sound of the Chroma was always to “bright” and thin too me. It was like a proto DX7 (which the keyboardist also has on top.)

Free, Phish, Billy Breathes!

Free

ME!

34 days county jail.

I'm floating in the blimp a lot
I feel the feeling I forgot
of swimming weightless in the womb
or bouncing gently 'round the room
In a minute I’ll be free
and you’ll be splashing in the sea

I feel no curiosity
I see the path ahead of me
in a minute I'll be free
and you'll be splashing in the sea
we'll hear a tiny cry
as the ship goes sliding by

Back in the 90's I visited with friends in Vermont and we went to a nightclub in Burlington with live music.
When I got back to Massachusetts and told one of my co-workers he was all up in arms because he said I went to the place Phish started.
I'll never forget that the one toilet stall had no door, but I absolutely had to use it anyway. That sucked. Luckily I was drunk.

Yeah brilliant

Just watched Torvill and Dean get perfect marks for Bolero at the Olympics ...pure poetry music and motion.

Now I remember what song the end of that "The Chain" demo above was used for years later -
