Country gone rogue with half the worlds gold in storage. Something wickedly interesting this way comes. T'aint No Sin. Not with nukes and tanks, and uncle sam in the background.
RIP MR Van Halen. 1984 came out when I was 8. I liked JUMP then, and still do. Nothing much else by them sang to me until my teen years when I heard "Running with the devil". None of their other songs came close, for me. But I'm here to post this which incidentally includes an underrated guitarist that most people can't name (Robbie Kreiger).

Thinking of Fal. I haven't listened to this one in years but her passing brought it to mind.

It is a nice song.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, as the saying goes. Yes the song is a lot better than I remember it. When I was a youngin I used to make fun of it. I couldn't even make out the words. "Did they just say laftulla song?"

I posted this once a long time ago, but it's what's playing. I was thinking about technological species in the universe, as usual, and thought of this song. It probably isn't about aliens.

^^^ Before I clicked on it and judging by the photo, I wondered how they knew about birds on wires before there were (telephone) wires. Maybe clotheslines were called wires? Well actually, it came out almost after there were wires.

OMG, the Foreigner singer was an American Ian Anderson look-alike, back when Anderson still had some of his hair. I never knew what they looked like before.
