Hi.. I'm new here. I'm an atheist who used to believe in god(s). I don't really have any other atheist friends and I don't know many atheists in the first place, since said friends are all Christian, so.. Maybe like minded people are around, yeah? I love science like stars love nuclear fusion, and I often scream if anyone around me mentions black holes. :evilgrin:

I freaking love outer space in general. I can't profess any special knowledge of said subject, since I am only in high school, but I learn new stuff all the time. Anyway. I'm into all kinds of music, from Pink Floyd and T.Rex to Amon Amarth and Metallica to Debussy and Chopin.. I'm pretty quiet, any way you put it.. I don't really know what I'm doing on here, except just lurking around and whatnot. Maybe I shall find an interesting discussion. Any advice would be appreciated.

About the advice, there's nothing wrong with lurking until you find something you want to post in. And make sure you check out social and fun, there's some great stuff in there. And the many music threads. Hell, this forum is great.

I guess you'll find some of the posters here will be most interesting for you. Klazmon springs to mind.

Advice? Well, I can tell you that the Politics forum is where all the name calling goes on. And after two years the Philosophy forum still haven't agreed on anything yet.
